Maine Grains Organic Einkorn Farro in a meal-size portion! Einkorn Farro, or ‘farro perlato’, as the Italians would call it, is made from einkorn berries that have passed through our pearler which removes a small portion of the kernel’s outer bran layer. This dramatically reduces cooking time while retaining the rich flavor and nutrition that make whole grains so desirable.
