Our Story

Cabell Farm grew out of a desire to create a place rooted in stewardship —for the land, for local food, and for the people who stop by.

Formerly known as Martinsville Market, the farmstand is entering a new chapter, shaped slowly and intentionally as the gardens evolve and plans unfold. Cabell Farm is tended by Christine Bulman, who has spent many years working at the intersection of land, community, and care. Currently under cultivation as a flower farm, Christine plans to diversify the gardens to also include herbs and vegetables and to create experiences that bring people together in the gardens.

Cabell Farm is named in honor of Christine’s father, a lifelong flower gardener whose example of patience, attention, and connection will continue to inspire all she does.
